Personal Xenomorph

Trying my best with Sculptris. I've tried Zbrush so many times and never been able to come with something cool. This software is simple, much less technical and just let me do want I want until it starts crashing. I'm open to suggestions, critics and recommendations on software and sculpting methods. Currently I'm using the most basic tools - I don't think Sculptris has anything advanced - also there are no "stencils" on it so I have not been able to add any detail with using Alpha Brushes. UPDATE: There's an option to add alpha to standard brushes and it helped me to add some detail. Calling this to final and perhaps I should try Zbrush Core Mini.
